Cloud Envy: 2015

Cloud Envy was a project that focused on material exploration through the pursuit of form. The project plays on the idea of taking these ethereal forms in the sky which we call clouds and taking their forms and turning them into physical objects. The end result of this project was a playful stoof that when you sit on it, it has active sitting and you are able to move about on it but isn’t so mobile that you will fall off. This gives the sitter a new and enjoyable way of sitting on furnished seating that shy’s away from the normal.
